Job summary

Veradigm in Pune is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management associate for a night shift (7.30 PM–4.30 AM). The role involves handling client, patient, and carrier calls, managing unpaid claims, and producing aging reports with attention to accuracy and compliance.

You will work to ensure timely payments and resolve denials while supporting new hires as needed. The position requires strong customer service skills and experience with claims processing, reconciliations, and payer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills for client satisfaction and client AR health.
• Ability to handle client, patient and carrier calls; prompt follow-up and information requests.
• Experience with claims, denials, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer client, patient and carrier calls; provide prompt follow-up and information.
• Timely management of unpaid claims using client office management tools; respond to inquiries.
• Prepare aging reports, correspondence, Clearinghouse/PM rejections; SharePoint maintenance.
• Effectively handle payer denials; ensure secondary claims are processed and paid.
• Monitor and reconcile claims; include held/unbilled vouchers and patient balance reports.
• Manage information requests to clients; resolve incoming calls promptly.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; meet RCM goals and monthly targets.
• May assist new hires and participate in onboarding.

• Monitoring and reconciliation of claims to include:
• Unbilled vouchers
• Patient balance report
• Credits and refunds
• Manage and track information requests to client.
• Answer and resolve all incoming calls and requests in a timely manner.
• Complies with and enforces policies and procedures
• Achieves goals set forth by RCM management regarding error-free work, transactions, processes, productivity and compliance requirements. Specific goals include 1,400 accounts worked per month
• May act as partner for new hires to assist them in learning
• Other duties as assigned

Work Location - Pune (Work from office)

Shift Timing - 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM
