Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking Engineer / Senior Engineer – Formwork Execution for high-rise residential projects. The role involves planning, supervising, and monitoring formwork activities at the project site, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.

Experience in Aluminium, Conventional and climbing formwork systems is essential. The position reports to the Manager – Formwork Execution and requires a Civil Engineering degree with a minimum of five years in high-rise formwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction with formwork systems
• Experience in formwork execution and monitoring at project sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, alignment, and dismantling of formwork at site
• Ensure proper execution of formwork for columns, walls, beams, slabs, and shear walls
• Monitor daily formwork operations and coordinate with tower execution teams
• Coordinate with Tower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper sequencing
• Provide technical guidance on formwork installation and structural requirements
