Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced RCC Dam Engineer for projects in India. The role provides senior-level technical oversight of RCC dam construction, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and at least 8 years of hands-on site experience with RCC gravity dams, preferably in large hydropower schemes. Strong coordination with stakeholders and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in dam construction projects.
• Strong site experience in Concrete/RCC gravity dams is mandatory.
• Experience in large hydropower projects preferred.
• Proven expertise in construction supervision, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
