Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior RCC Dam Engineer in Arunachal Pradesh, India to provide technical oversight for roller-compacted concrete dam construction, ensuring adherence to designs, standards, safety, and schedules. The role requires hands-on site leadership on large-scale dam projects.

You will supervise construction activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and drive quality control from excavation through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in dam construction.
• Strong site experience in Concrete/RCC gravity dams is mandatory.
• Experience in large hydropower projects preferred.
• Proven expertise in construction supervision, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical oversight for RCC dam construction, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines.
• Direct construction supervision, monitor quality control, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
