You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define future-state processes and product configurations, and drive data-centric initiatives across EY’s Global Delivery Services network.

• End-to-end P&C insurance domain processes.
• Data transformation, modelling, mapping, migration, profiling, visualization.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI; basic SQL.
• AI/GenAI use cases and AI architecture understanding.
• Willing to work overlapping US/UK hours.
• Strong English communication and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Work on multiple business transformation, upgrade and modernization programs.
• Requirements gathering, elicitation; BRDs and FSDs; conduct JAD sessions and workshops.
• Define future state operational process and related product configuration.
• Define scope with innovative solutions; manage change requests while delivering business value.
• Elaborate and deliver clear requirement documents with dataflow and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with product design to analyze and extract functional enhancements.
• Provide product consultancy and assist with acceptance criteria gathering and project life cycle.
• Allocate personnel, supervise team, ensure tools and support for task execution.

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Worked on multiple Business transformation, upgrade and modernization programs.
• Requirements Gathering, Elicitation –writing BRDs, FSDs. Conducting JAD sessions and Workshops to capture requirements and working close with Product Owner.
• Work with the client to define the most optimal future state operational process and related product configuration.
• Define scope by providing innovative solutions and challenging all new client requirements and change requests but simultaneously ensuring that client gets the required business value.
• Elaborate and deliver clearly defined requirement documents with relevant dataflow and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with product design development team to analyse and extract functional enhancements.
• Provide product consultancy and assist the client with acceptance criteria gathering and support throughout the project life cycle.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Product Knowledge – Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, Majesco. (Preferred Guidewire/Duckcreek)
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Should have end to end processes in P&C insurance domain.
• Data transformation, Business data modelling, Data mapping, transformation rules, data migration, data profiling, data visualisation, Tableau, Power-BI, Reporting, Basic understanding of SQL query
• AI and Gen AI use cases implementation, Understanding of AI architecture for AI Use cases
• Should be ready to work in flexible shifts (a good amount of overlap with US/UK hours).
• Good organizational and time management skills required.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Industry certifications AINS 21 - Property and Liability Insurance Principles, AINS 22 - Personal Insurance, AINS 23 - Commercial Insurance and AINS 24 - General Insurance for IT and Support Professionals will be added advantage.
• Additional experience in Life or other insurance domain is added advantage.
