Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Rating Advisory team of a global investment bank in preparing rating presentations, rating models, and indicative ratings.
2. Having a strong understanding of S&P, Moody's, and Fitch rating methodologies, including expertise in financial adjustments and qualitative aspects for assigning ratings to companies and bond issuances.
3. Understanding different sectors such as Energy, Auto, Transportation, Mobility, Healthcare, Industrials, Media & Communications, Technology, Utilities & Power, Real Estate, Gaming, and Leisure.
4. Possessing strong knowledge of financial models, cash flow models, LBO models, forecast analysis, and ratio analysis.
5. Experience in preparing industry and company overviews, analysis, peer comparison, and presentations.
6. Engaging in regular client interactions, structuring deliverables, and developing efficient work processes.
7. Ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and delivering high-quality output.
8. Having 4-6 years of experience in a Rating Agency such as CRISIL, CARE, etc., or in the Rating Advisory team of a bank or boutique firm. Relevant assignments include:

• Rating analysis/credit assessment/models/presentations for large corporates
• Financial analysis including peer benchmarking and ratio analysis
• Debt structure analysis including headroom analysis

Being well-versed with Office 2010/2013: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Possessing excellent written and spoken communication skills with extensive client handling experience.

Having a Post-Graduation in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
