Job summary

GLOINNT Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a RAMS Engineer with 2+ years of experience to integrate RAMS requirements across system design and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will perform PRA, consolidating failure analyses, conduct reliability studies, and develop quantification tools and predictive models, contributing to design reviews and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a RAMS Engineer.
• Strong understanding of RAMS tools and methodologies (FMEA, FTA, Risk Analysis).
• Knowledge of V-Model system engineering.
• Hands-on experience in predictive reliability and safety assessment.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• French (mandatory) and English (fluent) communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and support corrective and preventive actions to enhance system performance.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to maintenance plan definition based on FMEA results.
• Apply V-Model principles across system engineering activities.
