Acldigital in Bengaluru, India seeks a veteran telecom software architect with 10+ years in 5G wireless infrastructure to lead OAM design for gNB stacks. You will bridge cellular hardware with management systems, delivering real-time telemetry, high-throughput KPIs, and fault management within FCAPS frameworks.
The role focuses on high-performance C++ development, YANG/NETCONF data models, and integrating ConfD or Netopeer. You will drive end-to-end OAM architecture across the stack.
Comprehensive mastery of YANG/ NETCONF frameworks.
Design and implementation knowledge
of FCAPS (Special focus on Fault Management,
Configuration Management and Performance
Management)
Weare looking for someone who:
veterantelecom software architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in 5G wirelessinfrastructure development.
Theyare a dual expert: highly proficient in low-level, high-performance C++object-oriented programming, while simultaneously possessing deep domainauthority in network management frameworks like NETCONF/YANG(ConfD/Netopeer).
Thisindividual bridges the gap between cellular hardware stacks and upper-layermanagement systems, meaning they have a proven track record of handlingreal-time gNB telemetry—such as high-throughput KPIs, complex fault alarms, and dynamic stack configurations—without introducing latency .
serving as a Lead OAM Architect or PrincipalSoftware Engineer responsible for designing and driving the end-to-endOperations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) architecture for 5G gNodeB(gNB) stacks. You will lead the high-performance Object-Oriented Design andimplementation of core FCAPS frameworks in C++, with a dedicated focus onFault, Configuration, and Performance Management. Key responsibilitiesinclude architecting scalable YANG data models, integrating robustNETCONF-based OAM solutions utilizing ConfD or Netopeer, and managing complextelecommunications telemetry such as KPIs, real-time alarms, and faultsreported by the stack.
