Job summary

Healthmap Diagnostics in Panipat, Haryana, is seeking a diligent imaging assistant to support radiology procedures on-site. You will position patients for optimal images and explain the process to patients and attendants.

You will also assist in following radiologist orders, administer IV contrast under supervision, maintain equipment, update medical records, and uphold strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.

• Clear communication with patients and attendants.
• Willing to follow radiation safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities-

• Positioning patients properly for taking images
• Explaining what will happen during the scan to patients/their attendants
• Interpreting the orders of the radiologist
• Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes
