Axiom Pathology And Diagnostics is seeking a Consultant Radiologist to lead diagnostic imaging services. The role involves interpreting MRI, CT, Ultrasound and X-ray studies with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

MD or DNB in Radiodiagnosis is required, with 0–5+ years post-PG experience. Registration with State Medical Council or NMC is mandatory; DMRE/DMRD candidates are welcomed. On-site position with focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Radiologist to join our diagnostic facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing advanced imaging modalities to diagnose a wide range of medical conditions, providing accurate and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Diagnostics: Perform and accurately interpret high-volume diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, X-Rays and other procedures.

• Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintain strict adherence to reporting timelines, ensuring critical findings are communicated urgently to referring physicians.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to PNDT regulations, radiation safety guidelines (AERB), and quality assurance protocols within the department.

• Team Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to radiographers and imaging technologists to optimize scan protocols and image quality.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: MD or DNB in Radiodiagnosis / Radiology from an NMC/NBE recognized medical college or accredited institution.

• Candidates holding a DMRE / DMRD followed by a Secondary DNB are highly welcome to apply.

• Experience: 0 to 5+ years of post-PG experience. (Open to both enthusiastic freshers and seasoned consultants).

• Skills: Strong expertise in cross-sectional imaging (CT/MRI), excellent communication skills, and a high degree of diagnostic accuracy.

• Registration: Valid registration with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC) is mandatory.
