Vitality healthcare in Bhuj, Gujarat, seeks a Consultant Radiologist to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will interpret a wide range of imaging studies and provide accurate reports to support clinical decisions.
Responsibilities include imaging across X-ray, USG, Doppler, CT, and MRI; performing interventional procedures as needed; and collaborating with clinicians while upholding safety and quality standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, providing accurate diagnostic reports, and collaborating with cross-functional clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Diagnostic Imaging: Perform and interpret a full spectrum of diagnostic modalities, including X-rays, Ultrasound (USG), Doppler, CT scans, and MRI.
Specialized Procedures: Perform routine non-vascular diagnostic and minor interventional imaging procedures (e.g., USG/CT-guided biopsies, FNAC, drainage procedures) as required.
Reporting & Accuracy: Provide timely, high-precision diagnostic reports to support treating physicians and clinical departments in critical decision-making.
Emergency & Critical Care: Respond promptly to emergency diagnostic requests and critical clinical alerts.
Clinical Collaboration: Interact with clinical consultants, surgeons, and department leads to discuss complex imaging findings and guide patient treatment plans.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Radiation Safety Guidelines (AERB protocols), hospital quality standards, and patient safety policies.
Educational Qualification: MD / DNB / DMRD in Radio-Diagnosis from a recognized medical institution.
Registration: Valid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC).
Experience: [0–3 years for Junior Consultant / 3–7+ years for Senior Consultant].
Skills: Excellent clinical acumen, proficiency across modern imaging equipment, strong communication skills, and ability to handle high patient volumes efficiently.
