Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Radiographer cum Admin Manager. The role includes performing and managing radiologic imaging procedures, ensuring new client acquisition and existing client servicing & management. The Radiographer cum Admin Manager will oversee daily departmental operations, coordination between client & Radiologist, manage MIS, and support compliance with clinical and administrative standards. The position also involves collaborating with medical and technical teams, supporting implementation of health tech solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of diagnostic workflows and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Radiology and Radiologic Technology, with the ability to perform and interpret standard imaging procedures.
• Relevant background in Medicine or medical sciences to support clinical decision-making and patient care coordination.
• Previous experience in radiology department administration or healthcare operations management.
• Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiography, or a related field; additional training in healthcare administration is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using radiology information systems, PACS, and basic office software tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to technology-driven workflows.
