Miles Education has an opening for an experienced Manager with strong R2R expertise in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end R2R operations, manage GL/reconciliations and drive timely financial closes while ensuring statutory compliance and KPI adherence.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience (SAP or MS Dynamics 365) and proven leadership in process improvements and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end R2R and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP requirements.
• Hands-on with ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics 365.

Description du poste

One of our leading clients is looking to hire an experienced Manager with strong end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, including GL, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely financial close, statutory compliance, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Oversee reporting dashboards, account reviews, and internal controls.

Required Skills:

• 10-20 years of experience in R2R/General Ledger/Financial Close.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft D365, or Dynamics Business Central.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and people management skills.
• Proven experience in process transitions, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
