Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a qualified professional for R2R processes in Navi Mumbai. The role involves bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, lease accounting and intercompany reconciliation.

You will also manage prepaid schedules, amortization and month-end close in line with SLA. Ideal candidates hold ACCA/CMA/CA qualifications with 1–3 years of R2R experience, strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, and proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CMA/CA qualified required.
• 1–3 years of experience in R2R.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge; BlackLine preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
• Manage lease accounting and intercompany reconciliation.
