Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to leadthe Human Resources function for a fast-growing Healthcare RCM organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR leadership within HealthcareBPO / RCM / BPM / US Healthcare environments and a proven track record ofbuilding high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and supportingbusiness growth.
The role will work closely with the senior leadership teamto develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives,operational requirements, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadand drive the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignmentwith business objectives.
- Partnerwith the CEO/CHRO and business leadership to support organizational growthand workforce planning.
- Developmanpower plans aligned with RCM operations, client requirements, andbusiness volumes.
- Leadend-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical, leadership, andhigh-volume operational positions.
- Driveemployee retention strategies and reduce attrition across RCM operations.
- Developand implement effective employee engagement, recognition, and retentionprograms.
- Ownperformance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and careerdevelopment initiatives.
- Buildleadership and management capability through structured Learning &Development programs.
- Overseecompensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, incentive structures,and annual compensation reviews.
- Leadorganizational development, restructuring, workforce optimization, andchange-management initiatives.
- EstablishHR analytics and dashboards covering attrition, hiring, absenteeism,productivity, engagement, and workforce cost.
- Ensurecompliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and statutoryrequirements.
- Driveemployee relations, grievance management, disciplinary processes, andconflict resolution.
- Partnerwith operations leadership to address workforce challenges and improveemployee productivity.
- StrengthenHR processes, policies, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
- Buildand mentor a high-performing HR team and establish a strong HRbusiness-partnering culture.
- Supportclient audits, compliance requirements, and people-related governanceinitiatives where required.
Preferred Experience
- 15+years of progressive HR experience with at least 5+ years in a senior HRleadership role.
- Strongexperience in Healthcare RCM / Healthcare BPO / BPM / US Healthcare organizations.
- Experiencemanaging large-scale, high-volume workforce environments.
- Strongexposure to US Healthcare RCM operations and 24/7 business environments will be preferred.
- Provenexperience in managing high attrition environments and implementingsuccessful retention strategies.
- Experienceworking closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and seniorleadership teams.
- Strongunderstanding of HR policies, employee relations, labor laws, and HR bestpractices.
