You will engage in organic synthesis, process development, reaction monitoring, and thorough documentation, contributing to scale-up studies and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. Organic Chemistry is required; freshers are welcome.
• Strong foundation in organic synthesis and analytical techniques.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping for experiments.

Responsibilities

• Perform organic synthesis experiments under guidance.
• Execute multi-step reactions and maintain lab notebooks.
• Monitor reactions using TLC, HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Purify compounds via distillation, crystallization, and chromatography.
• Interpret experimental results and maintain lab records.
• Prepare samples for characterization using NMR, IR, GC-MS, and HPLC.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in the lab.
• Assist in process optimization and scale-up studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
