Responsibilities

• Lead R&D activities for new product development, formulation, testing, and commercialization.
• Develop and optimize chemical formulations for polymers, water treatment, Oil & Gas, textile auxiliaries, and detergents.
• Conduct laboratory trials, performance testing, and product validation.
• Manage product scale-up from lab to production.
• Standardize laboratory SOPs, testing protocols, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with QC, Production, and Technical Sales teams to resolve product-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on R&D Manager with 10–15 years of solid experience in technical formulations and chemical product development. Based at our Ambernath facility, you will lead the R&D team in developing innovative, commercially viable products aligned with market demands, while standardizing laboratory SOPs, scale‑up protocols, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D activities for new product development, formulation, testing, and commercialization.
