What You’ll Do:

• Develop and assist in the formulation and development of hair color, hair care, and beauty products under senior guidance.
• Support product trials, stability studies, and basic quality checks to ensure safety and performance.
• Research new ingredients, formulations, and industry trends in cosmetology and beauty.
• Work closely with production, quality, and marketing teams during product development and scale-up.
• Maintain formulation records, trial observations, SOPs, and testing data accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience or strong academic/project/internship exposure in cosmetics, hair care, or personal care R&D.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
