Job summary

Biological E. Limited is seeking an experienced professional for the R&D – Analytical for Conjugation role in Hyderabad, India.

The candidate will drive conjugation projects, optimize analytical processes, and support scale-up from proof of concept to production. Candidates should have 5–10 years of relevant experience, with expertise in polysaccharide–protein conjugation, DoE, data analysis, and purification techniques.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in R&D analytical conjugation.
• Experience in polysaccharide–protein conjugation using different chemistries, with or without linkers.
• DoE, data analysis and scientific interpretation to support process development.

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes to improve yield, efficiency, reproducibility and product stability.
• Troubleshoot process challenges and fine-tune parameters for continuous improvement.
• Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) and data analysis in process development.
• Conduct literature reviews and maintain accurate lab records and documentation.
• Compile experimental data for technical reports and presentations.
