Zscaler is seeking a Quote Operations Associate in India on a hybrid basis. You will manage renewal quotes, ensure policy-compliant quoting, and collaborate with across-department teams to align with strategic goals and revenue compliance.

As a Salesforce CPQ SME, you will configure SKUs/quotes, drive best practices, and deliver accurate quotes while adhering to corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Renewal Quoting/Quoting experience
• 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support or Order Management
• Working cross-functionally with operational teams in quote creation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail, dependable with deadlines, multitask
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (CPQ), MS Office, G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational relationships; drive global best practices

Role

We are looking for a Quote Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid India-based role, reporting to the Director, Global Deal Operations in the Deal Desk Operations department. You will play a critical role in the successful execution of renewal quotes while ensuring consistent adherence to strategic goals, commitments, and compliance with all corporate policies. As a value-add business partner, you will work collaboratively across operational teams to create preparatory draft renewal quotes, provide expert guidance, and maintain focus on financial and revenue compliance.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Be a Salesforce CPQ SME, with strong understanding of SKU/quote configuration, SKU migration mapping, quote structuring, and relevant corporate/financial/sales policies
• Build and maintain operational relationships across your coverage area; partner with leadership to drive global best practices across the team
• Ensure policy-compliant quoting, including reviewing and granting SKU use‑case exceptions only in line with business policy
• Resolve quoting issues end-to-end: troubleshoot operational quoting problems, understand contract/subscription data impacts, and elevate for support when needed

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Renewal Quoting/Quoting experience
• 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support or Order Management
• Working cross-functionally with operational teams in quote creation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail, dependable with deadlines, multitask
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to streamline quote-to-cash workflows, enhance quote accuracy, or optimize revenue operations
• High-Tech/SaaS industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus
