You will perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and budget monitoring across construction and logistics projects, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to specifications.

The role requires reading drawings, analyzing requirements, coordinating with managers, contractors, and suppliers, and maintaining records for payments.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying and construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare and evaluate quotations, tender documents, and cost proposals.
• Measure completed work and verify quantities for interim and final payments.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with material cost estimation, procurement, and budget planning.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, measurements, and variations.
• Ensure all quantity surveying activities comply with project specifications and company standards.
