Businez Avenuez Hr Consulting seeks a Civil QS and Planning Engineer for Chennai to oversee estimation, BOQ, billing, cost control and subcontractor management on interior fit-out/turnkey projects. You will coordinate with project teams, design teams, clients and site staff to ensure smooth execution.

The role demands strong experience in commercial management, final accounts and MIS reporting, with effective coordination across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
