Cushman & Wakefield in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Manager – Quantity Surveyor to lead end-to-end cost management for complex projects. The role emphasizes estimating, cost planning, tendering, and post-contract cost control, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will engage with market suppliers, manage procurement, and coordinate with consultants across residential, commercial, fit-out, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management experience.
• Experience with similar projects is preferable.
• Proven track record across residential, commercial, fit-out, and industrial sectors.

About the Role:

• Estimating and cost planning
• Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
• Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

About You:

• 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• Experience with the same background is preferrable.
• Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)
• Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
