Job summary

Purview Services in Lucknow, India, is seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost control across high‑rise and Mivan projects. You will assist in BOQ preparation, take-offs from drawings and BIM models, and help with budgeting and tender documentation.

You will coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors, use BIM/ERP for data entry and reporting, and prepare MIS cost summaries for management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities for high-rise and Mivan projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform material and quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models to support budgeting and procurement.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and variance analysis to maintain financial discipline across projects.
• Assist in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contract administration under guidance of senior QS/cost managers.
• Collaborate with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of cost-related tasks.
• Work with BIM/ERP systems for data entry, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost summaries, and documentation for management review.
