Job summary

Concorde Group is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee construction contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements. You will maintain comprehensive contract records, monitor performance, and manage renewals and closures. Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and billing is essential.

The role requires experience with Excel-based estimation, SAP/Oracle systems, and preferred surveying software. You will support tendering, rate analysis, and variation management within project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management within construction projects.
• Knowledge of Excel-based cost tracking and reporting.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, perform take-offs, and support tendering.
