Hillways Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in civil infrastructure and highway projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

You will prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations, manage billing and client RA bills, and coordinate with project, planning, execution, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control on HAM deployments.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or highway projects.
• Hands-on HAM project experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation and contract documentation.

• Prepare and verify BOQs, detailed estimates, and quantity calculations.

Job Summary

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and contract documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying practices.
• Willingness to work at project locations as per company requirements.
