Qualifications

• Familiarity with online learning platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/math/statistics/commerce or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantitative Trainer role based in Jaipur. The Quantitative Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving for college students and job seekers. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and mock tests, explaining concepts through examples, and providing individualized feedback on learners’ performance. The trainer will track student progress, identify learning gaps, and adapt teaching methods to different levels of proficiency. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and academic teams to refine the curriculum, update content based on current placement requirements, and support exam and interview preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
• Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and manage classroom dynamics.
• Curriculum development and content creation skills, including designing practice materials, assessments, and structured learning plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command of English and the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Comfort with using digital tools for teaching, assessment, and tracking learner performance; familiarity with online learning platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications or test-prep experience (e.g., aptitude training for placements, CAT, GRE, etc.) are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, maintain professional conduct, and collaborate effectively with academic and operations teams.
