AKT Global is seeking a Qualtrics Customer Experience Application Consultant to lead client onboarding and solution delivery in India. You will help customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform and run value-driven programs, while acting as a client advocate on internal enhancements.

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this full-time role is open to candidates living and eligible to work in India, with responsibilities spanning solution design, end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience Consulting.
• Experience with SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud – an advantage
• Experience with supporting HR Technology or CRM – an advantage
• Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage
• A degree in business relevant fields and research experience – an advantage
• Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage
• Language skills in English (very high level both written and verbal) – a must

AKT is looking for Qualtrics Customer Experience Application Consultants who will lead the client onboarding and solution delivery process. The consultant is responsible for helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform to run value-driven programs. This role also serves as a client advocate, actively listening to their needs and driving key operational and product enhancements internally.
