Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, implement, and update QC testing procedures, work instructions, and quality checklists.

Customer Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for customer quality concerns. Lead the investigation of customer complaints and coordinate response groups to resolve cross-functional quality issues.

CAPA Implementation: Conduct rigorous root-cause analysis (using 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone diagrams) and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Supplier Audits: Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate vendor quality performance and conduct regular supplier audits.

  4. Documentation, Audits & Auditing Compliance

Maintain meticulous quality records, certificates of analysis (COA), and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Reports for executive review.

Ensure readiness for external customer audits, ISO certifications, and regulatory inspections.
