Job summary

Seaward Packaging Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a diligent QC/Production Coordinator to oversee inbound material quality checks, ensuring only acceptable materials are issued to production and to execute the production plan as scheduled.

You will coordinate with stores for timely material requisition, monitor online quality control, and record issues for immediate rectification to avoid losses. Daily/weekly QA reports will be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Quality Check of inward Material i.e, inks, consumables, etc. received from supplier.
• To check that only acceptable materials are issued for production.
• To execute the production plan as per given schedule.
• To Coordinate with the store for on time requisition of material as desired.
• Online quality control and record any quality issues online for immediate rectification to avoid loss to the Company.
• To control the scrap generation on line.
• Ready Containers to be checked for any printing or molding issue before move to FG Store.
• Ready cans to be handled with utmost care for any avoidable scratches, dents during handling, packing, and transportation in order that our cans reach our customers in an impeccable condition.
• Strictly follow the quality norms / specification which meet the vendor requirement.
• Maintain daily, Weekly & monthly production & QA report.
