HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED is seeking a Factory Quality Control Specialist for the Transformers unit to ensure products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing. You will monitor transformers and components across manufacturing, delivering data-driven insights to drive excellence and minimize defects.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing quality control for power transformers and reactors up to 765 kV.
• Experience with customer FAT, dispatch activities & documentation.
• Familiar with ISO standards and safety protocols.

• Conduct thorough testing of incoming materials, sub-assemblies, and final products to ensure they meet predefined specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all testing operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.
• Prioritize safety in product testing activities by following HSE protocols and best practices.

How you will make an impact

Candidate must have worked and experience in manufacturing quality control of Core, Active part, Winding, VPD, Final Assembly processes of power transformer up to 765 kV and Reactors.

He should have experience in dealing with customer FAT for quality related testing activities, dispatch activities and documentation.
