Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Gurugram is seeking a Quality Management lead for Buildings to maintain and improve the QMS, ensure ISO standards compliance, and drive continuous improvement across products and partner management.

The role requires 5-7 years in Quality Management, BE in Electrical Engineering, and hands-on audits, CAPA, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Global Quality.

Qualifications

• Lead Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience in QMS maintenance and audits.
• Strong hands-on quality management and improvement mindset.
• Ability to drive CAPA, RCA and risk management.
• Effective stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001).
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Define process interactions, quality objectives, and improvement plans.
• Drive risk management, change management, RCA, and CAPA.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports/KPIs.
• Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and customer satisfaction activities.
• Support product safety audits and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate product and process certifications (BIS, UL, FM, etc.).
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Global Quality teams.
• Ensure TRS and Product Safety Compliance and reporting.

Role Purpose

Act as the Quality Management (QM) lead for Products Business and Partner Management for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001).
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Define process interactions, quality objectives, and improvement plans.
• Drive risk management, change management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports/KPIs.
• Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and customer satisfaction activities.
• Support product safety audits and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate product and process certifications (BIS, UL, FM, etc.).
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Global Quality teams.
• Ensure TRS and Product Safety Compliance and reporting

Core Competencies

• Lead/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 5-7 years in Quality Management.
• Location: Gurugram.
• Tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
