Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a global manufacturing leader in Haryana to find a senior Automotive Quality professional with 15+ years in managing quality within plastic injection moulding. You will liaise with third-party auditors (TUV) to ensure IATF-16949 compliance and lead the Quality Plan, Inspection Standard, and Control Plan to deliver zero-defect parts.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, APQP support for new projects, QA training for team members and suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive quality management within the plastics/injection moulding sector.
• Strong knowledge of IATF-16949 and related quality standards/compliance.
• Ability to apply quality tools and methodologies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management within automotive plastics injection moulding.
• Coordinate audits with third-party assessors (e.g., TUV) and ensure IATF compliance.
• Develop and maintain Quality Plan, Inspection Standard, and Control Plan to achieve zero-defect parts.

Job Description

• 15+ years in managing Automotive Quality within Plastic Injection Moulding
• Experience with IATF-16949 standards, quality systems, and certifications

• Liaise with Third Party auditors (TUV) to ensure compliance during recertification Audits / Surveillance Audits of IATF / ISO specifications
• Prepare & maintain Quality Plan, Inspection Standard / MISP, Control Plan, OPS of Product to ensure good quality part with Zero defect
• Monitor and maintain COPQ & QA manpower cost as per target
• Support in APQP process of New Project development
• Training & education to Team members, QREs, Warehouse casual employee on quality standards, IATF, Safety, Inspection and customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing overall product quality
