Siemens Energy seeks a dedicated Quality Lead to oversee project quality across assigned initiatives in India. You will work closely with the project manager and customer quality representative to shape the quality plan, monitor progress with a risk-based approach, and organize inspections or audits.

Responsibilities include driving risk management, enforcing standards, closing non-conformances, and supporting final handover readiness.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent with project-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in operational quality management or QA.
• Strong knowledge of project, contract, and process management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001 and quality methods; auditor cert a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation tools.
• Fluency in English and German.

You are the main quality contact for your assigned projects, working closely with the project manager, the Siemens Energy project team, and the customer's quality representative. Your day involves reviewing requirements, developing and managing the project quality plan, monitoring progress with a risk-based mindset, and organizing inspections or audits. You support the closure of non-conformances, ensure documentation readiness for final handover, and contribute to continuous improvement across the department and wider business.

What You Bring

• An engineering degree or comparable qualification and experience in a project-related function
• At least 5 years of experience in operational quality management or quality assurance
• Comprehensive knowledge of project, contract, and process management
• Familiarity with management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) and quality methods, with auditor certification as an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and relevant project documentation tools
• Fluency in English and German
