Job description

The Project Quality Manager is responsible for managing quality and nuclear safety across the entire project and serves as the key quality interface with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality and nuclear safety requirements in the contract are fulfilled and aligned with the project framework.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive project quality strategy and action plan in line with organisational priorities.
• Promote a nuclear safety culture, support assessment, training campaigns, and safety events such as nuclear safety moments.
• Ensure rigorous communication of ITNS-item information into internal documentation (e.g., ITPL).
• Contribute to quotations and negotiations from a quality and nuclear safety perspective.
• Translate contractual requirements into a detailed project quality strategy via the PMF and quality plans.
• Lead the project quality kick‑off meeting, share quality plans with the customer for validation, and present quality KPIs in regular reviews.
• Coordinate and resolve complex quality issues during project execution and oversee inspection and test programs (ITPs).
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations, standards, local regulations, and PED requirements.
• Follow up on product and supplier quality during manufacturing and site quality management during execution.
• Prepare and manage EOMR compilations and customer audit preparations, ensuring flawless execution.
• Guide, train, support, and coach the project team on relevant quality tools and processes.
• Support Project Management within the PEQ and Customer Satisfaction processes and oversee non‑conformance report governance.
• Maintain overall governance of customer inspections, including notifications, attendance, reporting, and action tracking.
