Job summary

Ramkripa International operates in minerals and mining, testing minerals at the production plant to ensure each lot meets customer specs before dispatch. This role conducts moisture/bulk density tests and chemical analysis, producing COAs and coordinating with production and dispatch.

The candidate will manage lab records, stock, and daily on-site operations at the plant, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma / B.Tech in related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a minerals, mining or similar industrial lab.
• Knowledge of wet chemical methods, moisture meter, weighing balance and drying oven.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel for test records and reports.
• Ability to maintain stocks.
• Willingness to work at the production plant daily.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials and finished minerals for moisture and bulk density.
• Perform basic chemical analysis for SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO and LOI.
• Take samples correctly and maintain sample records.
• Quality control of packing: check bag weight, labeling, moisture and cleanliness before dispatch.
• Prepare test reports and certificates of analysis (COA) for each lot.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams on quality issues.
• Maintain lab records, equipment and chemical stock.
