Job summary

Pranjal Projects seeks a quality leader to build and scale the quality function across departments in our Faridabad facility. You will establish prevention-first systems and coordinate ownership and accountability for quality outcomes.

You will drive proactive risk management, KPIs, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and ensure PPAP, PFMEA and inspection planning across manufacturing processes. You will interface with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build the quality function with ownership across departments and establish prevention-first systems.
• Lead quality & risk management: proactively identify manufacturing, supplier and customer risks; own KPIs; perform root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ensure manufacturing quality across cutting, bending, welding, machining, painting, assembly and final inspection with control plans, PFMEA and inspection plans.
• Manage customer and supplier quality interfaces; own customer issues through to resolution; drive supplier quality standards, audits and corrective actions.

1. BUILD THE QUALITY FUNCTION

Quality philosophy, SOPs and inspection systems from the ground up Clear ownership and accountability across departments Prevention-first systems, not just final inspection Build and mentor the quality team

2. QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT

Proactively identify manufacturing, supplier and customer risks Own KPIs rejection, rework, first-pass yield, complaints, PPM, COPQ Root-cause analysis, 8D and CAPA Corrective actions closed to true effectiveness, not just documented /

3. MANUFACTURING QUALITY

Quality controls across cutting, bending, welding, machining, painting, assembly & final inspection Control Plans, PFMEA and inspection plans PPAP/APQP for new products and customer programs Calibration, MSA and material certification /

4. CUSTOMER & SUPPLIER QUALITY

Key quality interface with OEM customers Own customer issues through to resolution Supplier quality standards, audits and corrective actions Build a reputation for reliability and ownership
