Job summary

Everest Holovisions Limited in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, seeks a Quality Control professional to understand customer requirements and develop effective QC processes, specifications for products and incoming materials, and to drive production improvements.

You will implement QC systems, conduct quality audits, train QA personnel, and coordinate between management and production teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and resolving customer complaints when needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding customer requirements to develop quality control processes.
• Devising specifications for final products and for incoming material.
• Develop processes for quality check, production improvements, packing, etc.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with local and global production standards.
• Implementation of QC systems, procedures, and SOPs.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to quality policies.
• Training QA personnel to build a strong work unit.
• Establish procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.
• Coordinate between management and production teams with good communication.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and QC procedures.
• Resolving customer complaints and visiting customers to resolve issues.
