Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in QA or process-improvement role, BPM preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute quality assurance initiatives for BPM processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough process audits, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance framework, including documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance our quality assurance practices.
• Mentor and guide team members on quality assurance principles and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems and certifications, such as ISO standards.
• Work closely with the customer success team to address client concerns and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role, preferably in a BPM environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, including ISO standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and techniques, such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.
• Experience with BPM software and platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma or Lean, are considered an asset.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
