Job summary

Shalby Hospitals in Ahmedabad is seeking an NABH documentation coordinator to assist in developing hospital policies and procedures under the guidance of the Head of Department. You will support NABH standards, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing forms, coordinating mock drills, training staff, and ensuring complete NABH documentation for hospital commissioning and ongoing compliance.

• Assist in documentation of hospital policies and procedures as per the HOD.
• Ensure completion of the document
• Upload of the documents in the P drive of the computer
• Develop processes, systems and procedures for the upcoming departments during the hospital commissioning phase. Developing policies, procedures and manuals based on NABH standards.
• Assist in preparation of forms and formats as per the discussion and direction of Head quality and the concerned departments
• Coordinate and assist the head quality for conducting mock drills.
• Maintaining all documentation of various Hospital Committees related to the NABH standards.
• Provide training to medical staff, patients, and housekeeping staff based on the NABH standards
• Responsible for overall NABH Coordination work
