Job summary

Cisco Bengaluru's Central Quality team within Supply Chain Operations manages the Quality Management System for core hardware products, including field and factory performance. We drive analytics to digitize and enhance the QMS and deliver transformative improvements for hyperscale customers.

Establish and refine quality processes across NPI, factory, and field sustaining activities to meet dynamic customer expectations, while analyzing hardware quality metrics and driving six sigma goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of hardware quality management experience, preferably for networking hardware.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong skills in root cause investigation and data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead corrective, preventive, and risk mitigation actions.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to lead corrective, preventive, and risk mitigation actions.

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail when working with complex datasets.
• Experience evaluating and implementing scalable decision automation tools and technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data engineers, data scientists, and business leaders.
