Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Vehicle Assembly or Manufacturing Quality.
• Good knowledge of construction equipment products and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data tracking for quality metrics.
• Proficiency with SAP and Creo View is a plus.
• Power BI proficiency for data visualization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse warranty claims and factory quality defects to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform systematic categorization of Q-Notes and issues mapped to assembly stations and processes, leveraging advanced Excel for tracking.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities during station reviews and team cadences, proposing data-driven solutions.
• Recommend corrective actions and updates to control plans, processes and drawings.
• Apply Seven QC Tools for problem-solving and quality risk prevention.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
• Create quality reports and track key quality metrics with data visualization; Power BI proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proactive, quick learner, and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Proactive in suggesting ideas; excellent English communication for project handling and team collaboration
