Job summary

Coreel Technologies is seeking a meticulous PCBA Inspector to audit complex PCB assemblies and subsystem boards against IPC standards and General Assembly Drawings. You will identify and document deviations, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and ensure boards meet acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, performing FAI, and contributing to CAPA and continuous improvement efforts, while maintaining high attention to detail in every inspection step.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PCBA and electronic systems.
• Good understanding of IPC-A-610H workmanship standards (Certification preferred).
• Excellent ability to identify and detect deviations, defects, and workmanship issues.
• Knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) process.
• Understanding of CAPA processes.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics.
• High level of attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) is performed accurately as per standards.
• Support CAPA activities by providing inspection-related inputs.
• Maintain high detail orientation and uphold quality throughout the inspection process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Quality.

The PCBA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and subsystem assemblies in accordance with IPC standards and General Assembly Drawings. The role ensures that all deviations are accurately identified, documented, and resolved. The inspector will prepare inspection reports and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure that all boards meet acceptance criteria

• ;Identify, document, and report deviations or non-conformities during inspection.
• ;Ensure corrective actions are taken to address the detected deviations.
• ;Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate inspection records.
• ;Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve inspection issues.
• ;Work closely with customers during inspection stages to ensure boards meet acceptance criteria.
• ;Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) is performed accurately as per organizational standards.
• ;Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) activities by providing inspection-related inputs.
• ;Maintain high attention to detail and uphold quality standards throughout the inspection process.
• ;Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality function.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• ;Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) and electronic systems.
• Good understanding of IPC-A-610H workmanship standards (Certification preferred).

• Knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection) process.
