Rohde & Schwarz Bengaluru is seeking a senior QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our software quality and accelerate delivery. You will design and implement automated tests across E2E and performance workloads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with Kotlin, Jenkins, Selenium, Gatling, REST and CI/CD in a hybrid, international setting, contributing to a Kotlin-based test framework and analytics to improve user experience and

• 10-12 years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Jenkins, Selenium, Gatling, REST, E2E, UAT, and CI/CD.
• Experience with agile development and hybrid work environments; collaboration with international teams.

Your tasks

Your Qualifications

• Network Observability | Cloud Feature Development
• Experience with Kotlin, Jenkins, Selenium, Gatling, REST, E2E, UAT, CI/CD.
• Overall experience of 10-12 years in manual and automated testing.
• Ability to write and read code and familiarity with good patterns.
• Analytic thinking to investigate and reproduce issues.
• Familiar with using automated CI-CD pipelines (Gitlab, Jenkins).
• Curiosity in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub CoPilot, Cursor.AI, Claude Code etc.) to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality.
• Clear and precise communication of problems in English.
• Basic knowledge of network products and technologies.
• Experience with agile development methods.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.
• Collaboration with international teams across different time zones.
• Functional knowledge of network management is an added advantage.
