Job summary

Omni Recruit Private Limited is seeking a skilled QA/Inspection professional in Gujarat to support electrical/electronics manufacturing. You will inspect DG sets, engines, and alternators, review inspection documents, and read electrical schematics to ensure conformance with QAP and SOP.

Candidates should understand IS standards (IS 10002, IS 4722, IS 13018) and be able to work with rotating equipment, motors, transformers, UPS, panels and switchboards, ensuring quality throughout testing and

• Minimum 2 years with Degree
• Minimum 4 years with Diploma
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Understanding of QAP and SOP

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and test engines and alternators.
• Review and validate inspection documents.
• Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings.

Years of Experience

Minimum 2 05 years (Degree)

Minimum 04 - 07 years (Diploma)

Nature of Experience

Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components

Understanding of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and SOP (Standard Operating

Procedures)

Knowledge of verifying:

• COC (Certificate of Conformity)
• TC (Test Certificates)
• Type Test Reports

Experience in:

• Inspection of DG sets or rotating equipment
• Manufacturing and testing of engines and alternators

Familiarity with:

• DGS&D / GeM / Government procurement standards
• Relevant Indian Standards (IS), including:
• IS 10002 DG Set Specifications
• IS 4722 Rotating Electrical Machines
• IS 13018 Engine Performance

Understanding of:

• QCP (Quality Control Plan) requirements
• Routine test, Type test, and Acceptance Tests (ATP / FAT)

Inspection knowledge of major assemblies:

• Engine assembly
• Alternator
• Control panel and wiring

Strong expertise in:

• DG set inspection procedures and requirements
• Review and validation of inspection documents

Ability to:

• Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings

Working knowledge of testing and inspection of:

• Motors
• Transformers
• UPS systems
• Electrical control panels
• Switchboards and starters
