Job summary

Aromotive Technologies in Pune district seeks a Quality Inspector to scrutinize materials, components and assemblies, read engineering drawings and GD&T, and ensure conformance to customer specs.

You will perform in-process and final inspection with precision instruments, prepare reports and NCRs, investigate root causes, coordinate with Production, Design and suppliers, and maintain calibration records.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and customer specifications.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using precision measuring instruments.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

• Inspect incoming materials, machined components, assemblies, and finished machine tools.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and suppliers to resolve quality problems.
• Ensure machines meet customer-specific requirements and quality standards.
