Job summary

Nu Mode by LMV Brands seeks a Quality Control and Production Management professional. You will own end-to-end QC and oversee production, ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards across all stages from sampling to dispatch.

The role requires coordinating with front-end teams and the manufacturing floor, monitoring timelines, and driving metrics like batch quality and on-time delivery. Daily travel to Bengaluru facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile with 1-2 years QA experience in garment factory/brands or buying office.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and MS Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to travel daily to Bengaluru manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality control and production management of branded work uniforms manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality SOPs and brand standards.
• Sample Quality Control: monitor sampling to ensure final sample matches customer requirements in fabric, styling and measurements.
• Pre-Production Control: ensure material readiness, in-house testing, PP meetings, and cutting approval before production.
• In-Process Quality Control: monitor cutting, sewing, embroidery/printing, finishing and packing through inline quality audits.
• Final Inspection & Dispatch Approval: conduct final inspections and approve finished goods prior to dispatch.
• SOP & Brand Compliance: ensure strict adherence to quality SOPs and brand standards at all production stages.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports and records.
• Production Coordination: bridging the gap between the front end and the manufacturing floor.
• Timeline Tracking: monitor the critical path to ensure samples, PP approvals and final deliveries on time.
• KRAs: meet delivery timelines, on-time sampling, reduce DHU %, improve first audit pass rate, reduce customer rejections and returns

Role Description
