Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections and ensure adherence to SOPs using current revision drawings.
• Maintain calibration of all measuring instruments across the factory.
• Conduct receiving inspection of raw materials and components and final assembly checks.
• Perform MSA/CPK studies and participate in PPAP for new parts.
• Drive CAPA with suppliers and support internal quality problem solving.
• Assist quality lead to meet production and delivery targets.

We build making the right quality into the production processes and control, and Production manufactures the right quality. It is the Quality Inspector responsibility to build the system that makes it possible for Production to manufacture the right quality.
