Responsibilities

• Conduct polymer testing (MFI, tensile, elongation, and dart impact) and maintain/calibrate testing equipment.
• Analyze test data to evaluate material suitability and stay updated on testing methodologies.
• Follow quality management systems per SOP and guidelines for divisional quality.
• Inspect products and verify technical details, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with relevant contacts and act promptly to resolve issues.

Location : Khatrej (Gandhinagar) / Kalol (Gandhinagar) - On Site (Work from Office)

Relevant experience required : 0 to 2 years (Fresher's can apply)

Salary Range - 12000 INR Per Month -25000 INR Per Month

Work Timings- 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Descriptions of Quality Control Executive .

• Should have good knowledge of the how to use MS Office packages to maximum effect.
• Basic polymer knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should conduct polymer testing (including MFI, tensile, elongation, and dart impact tests) and maintain/calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Should analyze test data to evaluate material suitability and stay updated on advancing testing methodologies.
• Should follow quality management systems as per SOP & guidelines for divisional quality and their implementation.
• Should have Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
• Additionaladvantage if already have prior similar industry certification or experiencerelated to Quality control
• Should be responsible for Inspecting products, monitoring equipment ,verifying technical details, by ensuring compliance
• Responsible for ensuring no deviation of Good Hygiene Practices as per standards.
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be flexible and responsible for day-to-day assigned work and maintain strict timelines (8AM-8 PM) and 6 days week (Monday to Saturday) and must be punctual
• Highly motivated and results orientated person, perseverance, able to work with limited daily supervision.
• Should be hard-working and dedicated towards the responsibilities. Should have time discipline.
• Should be able to coordinate with relevant point of contact and do the correct action in timely manner.
