Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai seeks a Quality Assurance expert to set up ISO norms, QMS, and quality processes across civil and MEP projects. You will define functional parameters, manpower JD, and drive ISO 9001:2008 implementation with a strong focus on project quality management.

You will review test reports, issue NCs, conduct quality trainings, and ensure timely walkdowns. TBM/NATM tunnel quality knowledge is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
• Extensive knowledge on setting up ISO norms and certification.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2008 implementation.
• Quality plan establishment for projects.
• Tunnel quality requirements in TBM or NATM projects.

Responsibilities

• Define functional parameters, processes including manpower JD and skill matrix.
• Review test reports, MTCs, third-party test reports for all materials per QMP.
• Issue site notes and NCs with respect to site quality; conduct walk-downs.
• Ensure periodic quality trainings and meetings are held.
• Coordinate approvals for mock-ups and overall quality deliverables.

Person Responsible for :Person should have extensive knowledge on setting up ISO norms for the organization and ISO certification, QMS, Quality manual and Processes. Will work on Quality orientation of functions, Creating a synergy for a quality environment. Work on defining the functional parameters, processes including the manpower JD and skill matrix.
